About Me

Where the Baby Grows (at home and with family) is a blog all about positive parenting and helping children to grow and develop in a safe and loving environment. I want to share tips I have learned and things that work for me. I also want to share my home and DIYs with you that help my house become a home for my family. Hopefully, that will help you to find peace in your home and love it too. It is the place our babies are growing and learning and I want our homes to be peaceful.

Are you worried if you can deal with pregnancy? (You can). Or worried about how to get all your kids packed and happy on a plane for vacation. I’ve been there and done that. I would suggest for plane trips not to have two huge suitcases per person plus a carry-on per person. It’s just not a good idea! Trust me, I did and it was a bit crazy!

Hi, my name is Angeline (Pronounced Angelyn). I am a stay at home mom to 4 beautiful children. 3 girls and 1 boy. I have a bachelor’s degree in Family Child Science. I have always loved writing and I thought starting a blog was the perfect way to combine all the things I love. In college, I even interned at a parenting website. Best internship ever!

I love to write and I love chocolate! I love jalapeno poppers and have a knack for choosing the spiciest one in the batch. I don’t know how since I can only handle so much spice. I am also terrified of fireworks. I thought I had gotten over that fear but the last 4th of July proved me wrong. I do have a good reason for it though…. I got hit in the eye with a firework when I was 15. Luckily everything healed fine and I was a-okay.

When I am not running around after my kids, spending time with my family, or writing, you will find me snuggled up with a good book and a cup of hot chocolate or iced lemonade in the summer. Or you will find me decorating my house.
